GlobalLogic, the software product development company has signed a master service agreement with Movius Interactive, a provider of messaging, collaboration and interactive mobile media solutions.
On the agreement with GlobalLogic, Jay Whitehurst, Senior Vice President, Products and Technology, Movius said, "By joining forces with GlobalLogic, Movius will have immediate access to world class processes and methods for software product development and customization. GlobalLogic's proven track record will help us accelerate product development timelines and provide us the flexibility to rapidly supplement our own development team resources as needed."
As part of this agreement, GlobalLogic has acquired the company's captive development center in Bangalore. Through this relationship, Movius is likely to accelerate product innovation and shorten time to market by leveraging GlobalLogic's product development expertise, velocity platform and distributed agile method.
